Camp and Conference Registration
In order to register your camp/conference for housing this summer, please complete the Summer Camp and Conference Form along with the Participant List. These forms must be received by May 1, 2009.
The Summer Camp and Conference Worksheet allows us to know what types of accommodations you are needing/looking for, so that we can place you in the appropriate housing. The Participant List is used for placing housing assignments, documenting meal plans, and summer housing rosters. Even if your group is planning to do your own roommate placement within your designated area, Residence Life still needs a participant list for your group. Additionally, Residence Life must have updated rosters and room assignments through the duration of the camp.
Please also note that all camp/conference participants and staff housed in Centennial Hall, BNB Hall, Missouri Hall, Grim Hall, and West Campus Suites are required to be on a meal plan.
In addition to the Summer Camp and Conference Form and Participant List, you will need to alert Residence Life Staff of any changes in participants as soon as possible. By alerting us of any changes you allow us to make any billing and meal adjustments due to changes in your camp/conference participant numbers. All changes need to be submitted in writing to your Camp/Conference contact.
