Housing Rates for 2013-2014

Housing rates listed below are per semester, per person.  Please note that all Housing Contracts are for the duration of the academic calendar including both fall and spring semesters. If you are a scholarship recipient, please check with Financial Aid to determine the amount which your scholarship will cover.

Definitions:

• Double Occupancy Room:  A room that two individuals occupy
• Multiple Occupancy Room: A room that three or four individuals occupy
• Deluxe Double: An oversized room that two individuals occupy
• Single Occupancy: A room that one individual occupies
• Super Single - Buyout: A double occupancy room that one individual occupies
• ADA Room: With appropriate documentation from a student’s physician certifying medical necessity submitted to and approved by the  Disabilities Services Office, approved students may be placed in apartments or rooms equipped for disabled persons.
• Medical Buy-Out: With appropriate documentation from a student’s physician certifying medical necessity submitted to and approved by the  Disabilities Services Office, approved students may be placed in special accommodations.
