Summer School Students

Housing Rates for 2008-2009

Rates listed are one semester, per person.  Please note that all of our contracts are for the duration of the academic calendar including both fall and spring semesters. If you have a scholarship, please check with Financial Aid to determine the amount which your scholarship will cover.

Definitions:

• Double Occupancy Room:  A room that two individuals occupy
• Multiple Occupancy Room: A room that three or four individuals occupy
• Deluxe Double: An oversized room that houses two individuals
• Single Occupancy: A room that occupies one individual
• ADA Room: With appropriate documentation from a student’s physician certifying medical necessity submitted to and approved by the  Disabilities Services Office, approved students may be placed in apartments or rooms equipped for disabled persons.
• Medical Buy-Out: With appropriate documentation from a student’s physician certifying medical necessity submitted to and approved by the  Disabilities Services Office, approved students may be placed in special accommodations.

Include: Room, Meal Plan, Ethernet, Utilities, Cable, Trash/Recycling.
Please note that in-room phone service is no longer included in room and board rates, however, it can be added for an annual rate of $100.
