As you may have noticed, we have many projects underway and planned that will significantly improve our residential facilities. Please use the links below to learn more about the new and updated facilities. We will work to keep the information as up to date as possible.
The renovation process can be dirty but if you take a look at the images from past projects you will understand the necessity of the renovation process. One of the main cost of the renovation projects is updating vital systems such as electrical and water in addition to adding sprinklers and air conditioning.

Ryle will be renovated over a two-year period. During the
2009-2010 academic year, the north side of Ryle will be renovated
and the south side will house residents. During the 2010-2011
academic year, the south side will be renovated and the north side
will house residents. The cafeteria and main lounges will be
renovated during the summers. While, we understand there will be
some inconvenience for students, every step will be taken to ensure
