Ryle Hall Spaces Open for Reservation

Ryle Hall has several spaces that are used by many organizations throughout the academic year for their events and meetings.  The Ryle Main Lounge is the largest residence hall lounge on campus and is host to many of the larger events.  This space can hold at least 400 people, but it should be noted that this is an open space and is not closed off for the event, thus other people may be walking through the lounge.  The Ryle Private Dining Room is located off of the Ryle Cafeteria and is available for not only meetings over a meal, but also has a separate entrance for groups who wish to have a private space for meetings.  This space holds approximately 30 people.  These spaces, as well as the front tables in the foyer in front of the Ryle Cafeteria, can be reserved by going to the Student Union Building's Reservations website: http://emspro.truman.edu/. 

The Ryle Commons is an outdoor location available for groups who are interested in having outdoor activities as well as utilizing the picnic tables and sand volleyball court.  If you are interested in reserving the Ryle Commons or the sand volleyball court specifically, you need to contact the SUB Reservations Office.  You may contact the office via phone (660) 785-4186, but will need to go in and meet with the office to determine if this space fits your organization's needs.  The office is currently located in the Student Union Building room 321 during renovation processes.  As always, if you have questions about how to reserve a Ryle Hall space, contact the Ryle Hall Director, Liz Raine via email.
