We're happy to work with you, but please remember it should really be the students asking questions and addressing concerns.  Before you call or email, please ask yourself, "Have I spoken with my son or daughter about this yet?" and "Is this probably something that, as an adult, my son or daughter could talk to the hall director on his/her own?"  An important step in each student's development is learning to handle concerns on their own and how to contact staff for assistance.  You can help them by having them make the call or place the email.
