Welcome to
Grim Hall!
208 E. Patterson Kirksville, MO 63501
Ezra C. Grim Hall is located on the south side of Patterson Road next to the Adair House and the Pershing building. It has a mix of suite & community style rooms, and houses up to
48 male and female students. This makes it the smallest residence hall on campus with a very cozy, friendly feel.
In your room you will find a desk with shelves and drawers per person, loft able beds, and either a closet or a wardrobe. For those in suite style rooms you have the luxury of sharing a private bathroom with your roommate and suitemates. For those in the community style rooms you have the luxury of sharing one bathroom for everyone in your area, but you have a housekeeper to help keep your bathroom clean.
Grim Hall has two social lounges, two television lounges, a computer lab with a printer, a full kitchen with refrigerator & cabinet storage, laundry facilities and a beautiful "backyard" with a porch and swing. There are plenty of places to sit back and relax with good friends, a good book, or do homework.
The Front Desk of Grim Hall is equipped with games, sports equipment, tools and many other items available for you to check out throughout the year. This is also where you pick up your packages, purchases stamps, and get
help from smiling faces.

Residents can dine at any of the on campus dining facilities located in the Student Union, Centennial and Ryle Halls. If you get hungry for a late night snack you can just head a block up Patterson to our convenience store located
in Dobson Hall.
On behalf of the entire Grim Hall Staff, I welcome you to the
building's website. Here you find information about what Grim Hall
has to offer.
So whether you're a current resident looking for additional
information, a future resident scoping out your new home, or a guardian taking
time to learn more about your student's home, I invite you to take a brief tour
of the building.
As always, if there is anything we can do to better serve you,
please do not hesitate to let us know!
