Welcome to Dobson! Dobson Hall is a community style hall that houses 388 residents. Amenities in the building include a C-Store, Laundry Facility on the first floor, four kitchens, three study lounges, seven house lounges, and a multi-purpose room. Dobson is right across the sidewalk from Violette Hall and the closest dinning hall is located in Ryle, just across the street.

Dobson was closed for a year to undergo a renovation and in the fall of 2009 will reopen it's doors. We are excited to open the doors this fall and welcome students into our new facility! At the moment the pictures on the website are of the old Dobson Hall, but stay tuned for updates!

Fair Apartments

Are you interested in the apartment feel, but still aren't ready to cook "full time" for yourself? You should check out Fair Apartments! The Fair Apartments are located on the south side of campus between Ryle Hall and Grim Hall. The apartment complex is made up of 30-double occupancy apartments. Two residents will share one room for sleeping purposes but will also have a shared living room for extra space and the apartment feel. Because there is no kitchen in the apartments, residents still get the luxury of being on whichever meal plan they'd like. Residents' mail is delivered to the mailboxes located centrally in Fair. The complex has a laundry facility, and packages can be picked up at the Dobson Hall Desk.
 

Randolph Apartments

Are you ready for the full apartment feel while living on campus? The Randolph apartments are located directly East of Dobson Hall along Davis Street. The complex is made up of 9 apartments each able to hold 4 residents. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms each housing 2 residents, a shared living room space, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. Residents living in Randolph aren't on the campus meal plan because of the ability they have to cook in their apartment. Mail is delivered to the mailboxes in the Dobson Hall Main Lobby and laundry can be done in the Dobson Hall laundry room.
