Meeting Room Reservations

To reserve Main Lounges, Multi-purpose Rooms or the Private Dining Rooms, please complete the reservation request through the Student Union Reservation Office at http://sub.truman.edu/reserve.asp.  Be sure to check the availability of the rooms before submitting your request. Rooms in other buildings also must be reserved through the Student Union.

• To gain access to the room in the residence halls during your reserved time, please call a Conference Assistant at (660) 785-PRIM (or on campus at x7746).
• Please note that all rooms must be in the same condition when you leave as when you arrived. Failure to clean up after your group could result in a loss of reservation privileges.
